### Orders for fresh semen :  
- Orders must be placed on the **Haras des Rosiers.be** website before 9am.  
- Semen can be collected directly from Haras des Rosiers or sent via **Hippoxpress**.  
- Haras des Rosiers declines all responsibility for delivery.  

### Payments :  
1.accompte   
  - The stud fee is payable at the time of the first insemination: **350 € excluding VAT** for all stallions.  
2. Balance of the covering
  - The balance of the service is due if the mare is confirmed pregnant on **01/10/2025**. This amount must be paid within **30 days of receipt of invoice**.  
3. **Live foal guarantee**:  
  - If the foal is not viable at birth, the mare may be inseminated again in 2026.  
4. **Additional fees**:  
  - Shipping costs and necessary documents are the responsibility of the mare's owner.  

### Exceptional conditions:  
- Delivery of semen may be delayed or altered due to circumstances such as:  
 **sporting activities, illness, infertility, death or force majeure**.  
- In agreement with the customer, semen from another stallion may be offered.  

### Embryo transfer and other treatments :  
- All orders for semen intended for embryo transfer must be specified at the time of order.  
- Stallions are **not available** for **ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection)** treatments.
